Teaching method depends on two things , learner's interest and teacher _ student relationship .

Firstly , learner's interest plays key role in all kinds of teaching . from lesson preparation to conclusion , of you don't know the learners interest you can't even prepare to teach him a single word.

Lastly ,teacher _ student relationship : what makes your teaching method the best isn't only the subject matter , but also how you engage the learners or students .

In conclusion , teaching methodology always depends on these two things that i shared above paragraphs .

In my exprience
1) if you ask student a question , give him a time , becouse how quickly is student doesn't matter , and that doesn't measure how intilligent and how smart the student is .
2) measurement and evaluation : paper exam always isn't always telling the students memory and how active he is .
But if you write exam properly with guidlines and rules of exam , like don't intentionally make rigid or very easy.
must have reliability and validity ( don't Take all the question from one or specific chapters , or one specific chapter) .
3) students have outside real _ world : they can be sick and they can happen everything that human being can ( they have life outside your classroom) if they didn't done home work , ask them why ;becouse , everything can happen from traffic to family proplems .

In conclusion , all these needs and effects students wants interactaction and exprience , we must take all these genuienely and take actions with responses and listining.
