Every 60-minute session follows a clear structure:
Warm-up (10 mins)
Main Workout (35 mins) focusing on bodyweight and core strength with live camera form correction.
Cool-down & stretching (15 mins).
Whether beginner or advanced, fun and your personal goals are my top priority.
