I basically teach my children mathematics and the elder daughter graduated IB from Vienna International school. I focus on the areas where there is lack of understanding and build capacity and fill the knowledge gaps. I allow the learner to show how they have developed the learning as a feedback to assess the learning and understanding of the subject.

I am currently teaching at an international professional level to young professionals who were never exposed to the nuclear fuel cycle. I am building capacity to the members states and also creating a pool of professionals who could be recruited in the future at the international organisation (IAEA)
