I believe in teaching using practical approach. I teach theory first and show them an experimental or practical presentation of what I taught. This method increases the interest of students and they want to learn more.

I start from basics of the topic and go to advance level. I ask questions in between lecture to know the students are paying attention and they are understanding what I am saying. I show practicals of the same lecture via video demonstrations or physical instruments. I play some game including MCQs. After the topic is done, I will take a short five minute quiz the next day. This method teach the students to read daily. During my course I give one assignment which should be submitted written and one presentation.
If a student miss a lecture, I will provide video recording. If he needs some private lecture, I can provide some extra time.
I have taught for two years and this approach benefitted the students the most. This way they don't find chemistry boring and dry. After the course ends, there is an exam and if a student follow my method he can easily pass.
