My coaching and mentoring approach is practical, thoughtful, and tailored to the individual. I work with students, graduates, early-career professionals, international job seekers, and people navigating important personal or professional transitions.

Over the years, I have supported people across Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, and other international environments with a wide variety of challenges and goals. Some clients come to me for concrete support such as CV reviews, interview preparation, job applications, or LinkedIn positioning. Others are looking for broader guidance around career direction, confidence, communication, relocation planning, leadership development, or navigating difficult workplace situations.

I have more than 10 years of experience working in international business and technology environments across Europe, APAC, and North America, including several years in leadership and people management roles. This allows me to offer both practical application advice and real-world insight into how companies evaluate candidates, communicate internally, and make hiring decisions.

My sessions are collaborative and conversational rather than rigid or overly formal. I adapt the structure depending on the person’s goals and situation. Some sessions may focus on interview simulations and feedback, while others may involve strategic career discussions, professional communication coaching, or helping someone clarify what they want from their next step in life or work.
