My basketball lessons focus on developing players’ technical, tactical, and physical skills. Each session starts with a structured warm-up to prepare the body and prevent injuries. Then, we work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense, tailoring exercises to the player’s age and skill level. The next part of the lesson includes games and real-game situations to improve decision-making and teamwork. Finally, we end with stretching and a discussion of what was learned and how to continue improving.
