With over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education, I have developed extensive expertise in Psychology, teaching a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses, including General Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Biopsychology, Psychological Assessment, Research Methods, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Ethics. Throughout my academic career, I have served not only as a faculty member but also in leadership roles, contributing to curriculum development, program accreditation, faculty mentoring, research supervision, and quality assurance initiatives. My teaching philosophy is grounded in fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, cultural sensitivity, and the practical application of psychological principles to real-life situations.
In online teaching environments, I employ learner-centered and technology-enhanced pedagogical approaches that promote active engagement and meaningful learning. I utilize learning management systems such as Moodle, Google Classroom, Canvas, and Microsoft Teams to organize course materials, facilitate discussions, monitor student progress, and provide timely feedback. My instructional methods include interactive lectures, case analyses, collaborative learning activities, virtual simulations, reflective journals, problem-based learning, and research-oriented projects that encourage students to connect theory with practice. I also integrate digital assessment tools, multimedia resources, and synchronous and asynchronous learning strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and promote flexibility. By creating an inclusive, supportive, and intellectually stimulating virtual classroom, I strive to inspire students to become ethical practitioners, lifelong learners, and socially responsible professionals equipped to address contemporary psychological and mental health challenges in both local and global contexts.
