I am a CELTA-qualified native English teacher from Scotland with over 26 years of teaching experience. I hold a Master's degree in Asian Studies and have taught English in South Korea, Germany, and online to students from around the world.

I specialise in Business and General English for adults, university students, entrepreneurs and professionals, from A2 to C2 level. Over the years, I have worked with professionals across a wide range of industries, including finance, energy, the automotive industry, media and logistics. My corporate teaching experience includes working with employees from well-known companies such as Mercedes-Benz, E.ON, Amprion, Lensing Media and Rhenus.

My lessons are practical, personalised and focused on real-world communication. Depending on your needs, we can work on speaking confidence, Business English, meetings, presentations, negotiations, job interviews, email writing, workplace vocabulary and everyday communication. I also have extensive experience preparing students for IELTS, TOEFL and Cambridge English examinations.

Rather than relying solely on traditional textbook exercises, I use realistic situations, discussion, role-play and practical communication tasks to help students use English naturally and confidently.

Lessons are available online (preferably) or in person in Dortmund. Every lesson is tailored to your individual goals, level and professional needs.
