I have a very individual approach to students. I will first and foremost discuss your goals and purposes of learning the subject, what is most important in it for you, and what motivates you to learn. Then we will establish your areas of strength and the areas for improvement.
I like to use the skills acquired from my psychology degree to identify and use a student's strengths and resources to help them grow and learn a given subject. I will always listen to your thought process, the way you like to study and accommodate to help you learn the most efficiently, while still having fun in the process.

In coaching, I again utilise my psychological knowledge. I can be there to help you establish realistic steps towards achieving your goal, I can help you structure your thoughts, help you come to a decision, or help you understand yourself a little better. I can offer assistance to people struggling with life challenges or mental disorders however it is important to note that this is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or counseling by a licensed psychologist. I know where the boundries of my competencies lie, but I will try to help you find resources if you need more qualified help.

I welcome people of any kind, background, race, sexuality, and gender. As a queer and neurodiverse person myself, I have insight into the challenges life provides in these circumstances. I am also highly observant of my code of conduct when it comes to privacy - anything that is said or happens during our meetings stays between us, unless there is immediate risk to health and/or safety.
