I have extensive experience designing and delivering training programmes for employees, managers and leaders in international organisations. My areas of expertise include leadership development, performance management, talent management, HR skills, coaching and organisational development.

I have facilitated workshops, leadership programmes, interactive learning sessions and coaching-based development activities for diverse, international audiences. I combine structured learning with practical exercises, reflection, discussion and coaching techniques to make learning relevant and applicable to real work situations.

In addition to my corporate training experience, I am a certified Co-Active Coach and have completed Montessori education, which strengthened my expertise in learner-centred and experiential approaches to development.
