Online lessons are followed by repeating what we had done before and changing plans if something did not fot from the last lesson - it is always crucial to understand lessons one by one and afterwards connect them together.
For online lessons I am using virtual notes and sketches with a live sharing so that students can express himself/herself in the way that is most comfortable for him/her.
For programming lessons we are learning using “pair programming” method meaning together working on a small tasks and thinking how something can be improved or something is wrong. Mathematics and electrical theory tasks are done on a live board together with a student.
From my previous expirence I have many students correct their grades even before first half of the year/semester. This means there is no stressful, last-minute studying right before final exams.
I also have a lot of experience teaching kids and students with disabilities. For these lessons, I always make a unique plan for each person. I don't force a strict schedule. Instead, I see what the student needs, move at their own speed, and focus on what they are already good at. I make sure my lessons are patient, safe, and comfortable so they can really enjoy learning and succeed.
