Experienced Chemistry and Science tutor for secondary students

Hi, I’m Omneya, an experienced Chemistry teacher and school leader with over 15 years of teaching international curricula, including IGCSE, A Level and IB. I specialise in helping students who feel stuck or overwhelmed by Chemistry. My goal is to make the subject clear, structured, and manageable, while building confidence step by step. As an IGCSE examiner for Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel, I understand exactly what examiners are looking for and how students can maximise their marks. I combine this with a calm and supportive teaching style, so students feel comfortable asking questions and developing real understanding. I’ve worked with students of all abilities — from those needing support to pass, to those aiming for top grades — and I adapt my approach to suit each student.
