I am an MSc graduate in Chemical Engineering with academic and research experience in Food Technology, Food Processing, Nutrition, and Functional Foods. My research has focused on developing innovative food products with health benefits, including antidiabetic meals and functional foods designed to improve nutritional outcomes.
In addition to my research background, I have teaching experience in food processing and nutrition, helping students understand both theoretical concepts and practical applications. I support university students, researchers, and professionals in subjects such as Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Food Processing, Chemical Engineering fundamentals, research methodology, and academic writing.
