Hamza Almomani

Over the past few years, I’ve been working in diverse multicultural settings, which has really helped me hone my cross-cultural communication skills. I’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the students, making sure their learning needs are met. As an Arabic teacher with five years of experience, I’ve gained a strong understanding of teaching languages, connecting with students from various cultural and background perspectives, and being a great teacher. My responsibilities include teaching and developing lesson plans for students of both Modern Standard and Colloquial Arabic, handling any problems that arise, addressing student concerns, interacting with a wide range of students in cultural exchange, and putting together a program of cultural learning for them. Plus, I’ve had the privilege of working with some very distinguished students, such as those who are professors at NYU, Oxford University, Cambridge University, and Berlin University, as well as students working in NGOs like UNICEF and UNRWA in the Middle East, where they need a good grasp of Arabic to effectively communicate with the people they serve.
