I have over 7 years of teaching experience, with the first 5 years dedicated to teaching English to foreign students of different ages. My areas of focus included Business English, General English, and other specialized English courses. In the past 2 years, I have specialized in teaching IELTS, working closely with high school and college students as well as professionals and businessmen. My teaching methodology is student-centered and interactive. I usually begin with a warmer to engage students and activate prior knowledge. Next, I introduce essential vocabulary to equip them with the language tools needed for the lesson. This is followed by a discussion stage where students can share ideas and practice using the new language in context. I also incorporate structured practice activities to reinforce learning, and I always conclude with constructive feedback to help students reflect, correct errors, and improve further. In terms of my own IELTS credentials, I achieved an overall band score of 7.5, with individual scores of 8.0 in Reading and Speaking, 7.5 in Listening, and 7.0 in Writing.
