Hello, I’m Jenn, an experienced English teacher with over 10 years of experience helping adults and professionals improve their English communication skills. I specialize in Business English, workplace communication, speaking, pronunciation, and professional English. I hold a PGCEi and TEFL/TESOL certification, which support my strong foundation in language teaching and lesson planning.

My teaching style is practical, engaging, and student-centered. I believe that learning English should go beyond memorizing grammar rules and vocabulary. My goal is to help students communicate confidently and naturally in real-life situations. For this reason, I use authentic and relevant topics, guided conversations, role-plays, articles, videos, and workplace scenarios to make lessons meaningful and useful.

Each lesson is adapted to the student's individual level, goals, interests, and professional needs. For professionals, this may include practicing meetings, presentations, interviews, negotiations, client conversations, emails, and international workplace communication. For students who want to improve their general English, I focus on building fluency, vocabulary, grammar accuracy, listening comprehension, and confidence.

Pronunciation is also an important part of my teaching. I help students identify specific pronunciation challenges and work on them through focused practice, sentence drills, natural conversation, and personalized feedback. Rather than expecting students to speak with a particular accent, I focus on clarity, intelligibility, rhythm, stress, and confident communication.

My lessons are interactive, and I encourage students to speak as much as possible. I provide guidance and corrections while creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

With more than a decade of teaching experience, I have learned that every student learns differently. I therefore adapt my teaching approach according to each learner's needs and continuously look for ways to make lessons effective, practical, and enjoyable.
