Hi, my name is kemi Olusegun. I have a BBA in administration, a national certificate in education and a TESOL certificate to validate my knowledge in teaching English language to early readers from ages 2-12. My philosophy in teaching is child- centered. I tailor all learning approach to the unique ability of each learner within the classroom. I plan my content using differentiated instruction strategy for an inclusive learning experience to cater for the learners that are flyers, runners, walkers and crawlers, to ensure that everyone is involved and carried along. I design rich instructional materials, visual or audio-visuals using Canva to make learning fun. I incorporate Edtech in the learning experience so that learning can be fun and the experiences can be woven in the tapestry of my learners academic success as they transit from each stages of learning.

The environment in which the children learn is an important factor, hence I make it conducive and warm. I set the tone for learning by ensuring 'house rules' are followed strictly. I employ various learning platforms that foster continuous learning and help learners navigate complex concepts seamlessly. This build confidence and independence in my learners and raise them to be on the same level with their counterparts all over the world, if not above.

The learning materials are equally important that is why I do not compromise on the proper and required curriculum, national expections at each level, and the quality of materials to be used for each learner. I use blended feedback mechanism to evaluate each lesson and learner's ability or level of mastery constantly.

The above mentioned and much more, makes learning and enjoyable experience for both my learners and me.
