I'm Luke, a native English speaker from South Africa with several years of experience teaching English online through platforms such as Preply and Cambly. I hold a TEFL certification and have worked with students ranging from absolute beginners to advanced speakers across a wide range of ages, nationalities, and goals.

My lessons are structured around the individual student. Before we begin, I take time to understand your current level, your goals, and how you prefer to learn. From there, I build sessions that are focused and practical, no unnecessary filler, just progress.

For conversation-focused students, lessons revolve around real-life topics, everyday vocabulary, and natural expression. I pay close attention to pronunciation, phrasing, and fluency, giving correction in a way that doesn't disrupt the flow of conversation but still builds long-term accuracy.

For students working on professional or business English, I focus on workplace communication, writing, presentations, and the kind of language that makes a strong impression in a professional setting.
