Your future ESL Adult Teacher | TESOL Certified

As a teacher, I need to understand my students—how they develop and learn. I know that students have different ways of learning, that’s why I need to uncover how they comprehend things and how they adapt. I see my role as addressing each student’s interests, strengths, and background. From there, I can create activities that challenge everyone while offering room to learn and grow.
