My lessons are interactive, student-centered, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs and goals. I begin by gauging the student’s current knowledge and proficiency level to create personalized learning plans that match their pace and learning style. I believe that students learn best when lessons are engaging and relatable, so I take time to get to know their interests and incorporate them into classroom discussions, activities, and exercises.

I use positive reinforcement to build confidence, encourage participation, and create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English. Regular feedback is also provided to help students recognize their strengths and areas for improvement while continuously tracking their progress.

I have 2 years of experience as an ESL teacher, teaching mostly children from ages 2 to 15 years old, where I developed patience, creativity, and effective communication strategies for young learners. In addition, I have 4 years of experience as a college instructor using English as the primary mode of instruction, which strengthened my ability to teach diverse learners professionally and effectively. I also spent 8 years working as a hotel supervisor, where English was the main language used in daily communication, helping me develop strong conversational, interpersonal, and professional communication skills that I also incorporate into my lessons.

I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Management and have been a licensed teacher for 8 years. My goal is to help students become more confident, motivated, and comfortable using English in academic, professional, and everyday situations through meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences.
