My training sessions are structured to create a positive, dynamic, and educational environment for young players.
I usually begin with a warm-up phase focused on mobility, coordination, and activation exercises to prepare the players physically and mentally. After that, I introduce technical exercises tailored to the player’s age and level, working on key football skills such as dribbling, passing, ball control, shooting, and decision-making.
To keep sessions engaging and motivating, I always include fun competitive games and small-sided matches, allowing players to apply what they learned in realistic situations while enjoying the experience.
My goal is to help players improve technically and physically, while also developing confidence, discipline, teamwork, and passion for the game.
