I am a final-year PhD researcher in Accounting and Finance at Australian Catholic University, with approximately nine years of higher education teaching experience. I teach at Australian universities and higher education providers and deliver online teaching through ACU Online and the European Forensic Institute in Malta. My online teaching has received a student evaluation rating of 5 out of 5.
My lessons cover Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Bookkeeping, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing. I explain concepts in plain language and connect them to real business situations, helping you understand both how accounting calculations work and what the results mean.
Each lesson is tailored to your knowledge, goals and pace. We begin with a short review of your understanding, work through examples together, and then practise questions with increasing independence. I use screen sharing, financial statements, Excel demonstrations and practical exercises to make online lessons interactive. You are encouraged to ask questions throughout, and we finish by reviewing key points and identifying what to practise next.
I provide lessons in English for university students and adult learners, including support with coursework understanding and exam preparation. My approach is patient and supportive, with constructive feedback to build your confidence and problem-solving skills.
