Reaching the middle of a career can bring interesting questions: What do I want to do with the experience I have accumulated? How might I contribute next? Where? I work with experienced professionals who are considering a career change, a different direction, or simply wondering whether the work that once suited them still does. Rather than starting with job titles or polishing a CV, we start with you: what you have learned, what you are good at, what matters to you now, what you may have outgrown, and what possibilities are worth exploring. Our conversations might help you make sense of your strengths and transferable skills, explore possible directions, examine assumptions or obstacles that may be keeping you stuck, evaluate the fit and feasibility of different options, or turn an emerging idea into practical next steps. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to change. I bring a PhD in Education and a background spanning applied psychology, coaching, adult development, university teaching, organizational consulting, and leadership development. I have worked with people and organizations across different sectors and countries, and have made substantial professional and geographical transitions myself. My role is not to tell you what career you should pursue. It is to bring thoughtful questions, useful frameworks, an outside perspective and a structured conversation that can help you see your experience — and your possibilities — differently, and decide what you want to do next.
