I am Richa, 31 years old.
I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree, along with a PGCE from the University of Derby. My professional background includes teaching students across all age groups in both online platforms and private international schools in various countries. These experiences have equipped me to adapt to different learning needs, leverage digital tools effectively, and maintain a supportive, clear, and engaging virtual classroom environment.

In my online teaching, I prioritize interactive, student-centered lessons that build confidence and real-world communication skills. I’m comfortable using Zoom, Google Classroom, ClassIn, and other LMS/VoIP tools, and I integrate multimedia, TPR, and task-based activities to keep learners motivated. I also differentiate instruction for mixed-level groups and track progress to give clear, actionable feedback to students and parents.

I would be excited to contribute by creating lessons that are not only effective but also enjoyable and culturally responsive.
