I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Teaching. I have been working as an English teacher for over 25 years, 15 of which in a French high school in Istanbul and the rest at private and public universities, and language schools. I have also been teaching Turkish simultaneously. I wrote a book on the English etymology of over 300 words related to 30 different topics that range from history to mythology, arts to food, and politics to economics. I am currently available to teach Turkish and English to individuals over 13 years old online or in-house. I speak English, French, Turkish and am familiar with Greek and Latin roots and affixes. I have A1 in Spanish and German. As I have moved to Germany, I'm learning German now.
Being the author of "Understand Better, Speak Better: Improve Your English by Easily Learning More Vocabulary", I teach the etymology (word origin) of English words, which helps you increase your vocabulary immensely whether you are striving to pass the TOEFL, applying to university, or preparing for a job interview. I help students to be successful at high school or businesspople to speak English and Turkish accurately and fluently in their private and business environment.
