I see teaching as a process where both students and I keep growing, and I always try to improve based on feedback. My preference is for a small classroom (sometimes 1:1) that uses digital and paper learning methods. I believe employing both tools brings the most of the classroom. There are three cornerstones in my teaching methodology that have maximized learning outcomes: being open, friendly, and respectful.
With tailored content, my teaching is interactive and student-focused. I use different methods such as discussions, case studies and practical exercises to make sure students stay engaged and can apply what they learn. I like to mix theory with practice and to ensure lessons connect to real situations.
The content I teach is clear, structured, and linked step by step, but I also leave space to adjust based on each students’ individual needs. I use different materials and resources so that everyone with different learning styles can follow along and feel included.
In the classroom, I encourage participation and teamwork. I want participants to share their ideas, ask questions, and work together in a respectful and open environment. My role is to guide them and create a space where they feel comfortable to explore and learn actively.
Through my teaching experience, I have worked with different groups of students and learned to adapt to their backgrounds and ways of learning.
