My teaching approach focuses on making English learning practical, engaging, and tailored to each student’s unique needs. I combine interactive lessons, conversation practice, and structured exercises to help students develop all aspects of language learning—speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I believe that fluency comes from active practice and confidence, so my lessons emphasize real-life scenarios, dialogues, role-playing, and problem-solving activities to make learning enjoyable and effective.
I founded Fala Fluente, an initiative dedicated to helping Mozambican students improve their English. Over the course of three years, I have successfully guided 10–12 students from beginner to fluent conversational levels. This experience taught me how to assess individual learning styles, adapt lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback, ensuring students make steady progress. I also integrate technology, such as digital exercises, videos, and online resources, to enhance learning and maintain student engagement in both in-person and remote lessons.
In my classes, I encourage an open and interactive classroom dynamic, where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing speaking without fear of mistakes, and exploring new vocabulary and grammar concepts. Lessons are structured yet flexible, allowing me to adjust content based on the student’s progress, interests, and goals—whether improving conversational fluency, preparing for exams, or building professional communication skills.
With a strong foundation in English (C2), coupled with experience teaching both children and young adults, I bring patience, enthusiasm, and a results-oriented mindset to every lesson. My goal is not just to teach English, but to help students gain confidence, achieve their personal language goals, and enjoy the process of learning.
