I believe psychology becomes easier to understand when theory is connected to real human situations and practical examples. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and adapted to each student’s learning pace and goals. I focus on helping students not only memorize concepts, but truly understand human behavior, communication, personality, motivation, conflict, and social interaction.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Management and Psychology and have international professional experience working with people in Austria and multicultural environments. Through my HR and people development background, I have practical experience in communication, organizational behavior, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and interpersonal dynamics.
