taught students of different ages and levels. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining student’s attention and for that reason I teach by introducing a language in a natural way, using TPR, props and making every lesson interactive, while teaching grammar communicatively, through context. And, with the use of exposure combined with other methods, every student is engaged in experiential learning which will associate prior listening and comprehension experience with new terms. I’m also a father to a very young girl and a boy, so I know what challenge communicating with young learners represents.
