Yoga classes for stress relief and inner balance

I am a 200hrs Yoga teacher certified, with the certification completed in Boddhi School of Yoga, in India and a experienced and passionate Leader.
I provide 1:1 specialized Yoga classes, where a combination of breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and asanas practice come together.
A Yoga practice gives us the opportunity to come back to ourselves with care and love, allow us to gain the space within ourselves to deal with our external circumstances from a more grounded and present place.
In our modern world is so easy to get caught up in the middle of high levels of stress, due to the demanding style of life we are surrounded with, quite often we spend much of our time and energy in our work environments, leaving less energy to take care of ourselves.
