Hello, my name is Dunja, I am 33 years old, and I have been working as a self-employed freelance nutritionist for the past five years. With great passion, I support people in integrating a healthy diet into their everyday lives in a sustainable way. My approach is tailored to each individual, as everyone brings different goals, life circumstances, routines, and time resources. I adjust my recommendations accordingly. Together, we develop practical, everyday strategies that are designed for long-term success rather than short-term results. From my perspective, healthy nutrition can only be sustainable if it fits into a person’s individual lifestyle. One of my key priorities is to provide people with a scientifically based understanding of nutrition. This enables them to navigate the overwhelming amount of information, nutrition trends, and diets, and to make informed and self-determined decisions about their eating habits in the long term. I also aim to show that healthy eating does not have to be complicated or perfectionistic. It is not about restrictions, rigid rules, or an all-or-nothing mindset, but rather about creating a balanced approach between health and enjoyment. I am convinced that small, realistic changes often make the biggest and most sustainable difference. I offer my consultations in both German and English. Both languages are part of my daily professional work, allowing me to support clients confidently and competently in either language. My professional foundation includes a Master degree in Health Management, a three-year training in holistic health at the "Akademie der Naturheilkunde" in Switzerland, as well as a two-year distance-learning program in nutrition counseling at the "Laudius Akademie" in Germany. These qualifications, combined with my many years of practical experience, shape my holistic approach to nutrition counseling.
