Psychology-Based Student Coaching for Confidence & Effective Learning

Hi! I’m Johanna, a psychology graduate currently training to become a clinical psychologist. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, find their strengths, and develop learning strategies that actually work for them. I also bring two years experience as a trainer in career orientation, which helps me support you not only in learning, but also in finding direction and building confidence in your future. I offer supportive, motivating coaching tailored to your individual needs – whether it’s improving study habits, staying focused, or overcoming stress around school. My goal is to help you feel more confident, organized, and in control of your learning and future plans. It's a safe space to find solutions that fit you individually ? We start with a first session to get to know each other and understand your goals, strengths, and current challenges. Based on this, I assess what you need most support with – whether it’s motivation, organization, focus, or confidence. In the following sessions, we work with practical, evidence-based methods, mainly inspired by cognitive-behavioral techniques. This means we focus on building helpful habits, changing unproductive patterns, and developing effective learning strategies. I present you with helpful exercises – such as prioritization techniques, small learning-type assessments, and tools to improve focus and structure.
