My main goals and skills: Teaching since 1995, I bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and enthusiasm to every educational environment — helping learners achieve global fluency. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a dynamic, student-centered teaching approach rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a genuine passion for education. My experience spans multiple age groups and proficiency levels, and I take pride in engaging learners through inclusive, differentiated instruction. With an international ESL teaching background across Turkey, Spain, Israel, Vietnam, Russia, France, and South Africa, I have honed adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills. These experiences enable me to connect meaningfully with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering respectful and productive learning environments. As a Supervisor, I successfully led a team of 25 teachers and partnered with the international Head of Department to support academic programs across 15 private schools. This leadership role strengthened my strategic thinking and ability to mentor professional adults effectively. I remain committed to continuous professional development and excel in designing tailor-made lessons for professional adults of all proficiency levels and ages.
