My lessons are structured to promote inquiry and inclusion. I begin with a warm-up activity and introduce the learning objective clearly. I encourage learners to ask questions and explore ideas through discussion and activities, which supports inquiry-based learning.
I use different teaching strategies, visuals, group work, and simple language to ensure all learners can participate, including those with different abilities and learning needs. Learners practise with guided and independent tasks, and I provide support and feedback to everyone.
I end the lesson with a reflection or plenary to check understanding and include every learner’s voice.
