I assess each student’s strengths, goals, and challenges. We discuss what it it the student would like to focus on and then move ahead with a learning plan. I adapt lessons to their learning style—visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or a combination of these. I set achievable goals and celebrate progress to maintain high motivation I am always available to answer questions and help where I can.
