Experienced informal and formal bilingual English speaker

Originally Swedish/Eritrean, I have lived abroad for 14 years where I've worked for high-paced global organizations using English as the main language both in my private and professional life. I have 6 years experience of leading teams, a big part of my job has been to coach and mentor employees representing many different cultures and origins and focusing on learning and development has always been a big passion of mine.

I would love the opportunity to use my knowledge and experience in grasping and becoming familiar and comfortable with English as a second language in combination with my people-skills and my interest in writing, to help others reach their goals in speaking and communicating comfortably and professionally in English.
