Learning English trough practice, helping out with homework

I am a Psychology student at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam with experience in teaching German to young kids and some experience helping out with English learning as well.
Friendly, sociable and open-minded, I have a passion for the field of developmental Psychology. Prepared to teach on A1 level of English, kids starting from the 1st grade of school.
The lessons will take place online and will last from 40 minutes to an hour, depending on the child's energy levels.
My approach is to start speaking the language with the kid as soon as possible and focus on developing the vocabulary through reading simple books and watching short movies.
