Hello, my name is Laura and I look forward to meeting you and helping to improve your English. I would describe my self as friendly, fun and very laid back!

I have 5 years professional experience from working for the English Government in green energy. I can help with business English and helping you with interviews, job applications, writing reports and preparing presentations. I can help you with improving your conversational English from helping with small talk to being able to express opinions and participating in discussions. I possess good skills in teaching grammar and pronunciation.

My aim is to provide fun, engaging and informative sessions to help students with learning, practising and using English for work, travel or leisure. I like to tailor my classes too my student’s interest and needs as I believe if a student is interested and having fun in my class they are most likely to learn.

I am from Sheffield, England and grew up in the countryside on a farm. I love nature, being outdoors and animals and my pets are a horse and 3 demanding guineapigs. I love to have fun and be creative and I paint, knit and grow my own vegetables. I am very sporty and have a lot of crazy hobbies such as swimming in lakes, climbing, hiking and skateboarding. I love to travel and explore other countries and learn about other cultures and I have love trying new cuisines and food!
