With Syrenity Coaching, my goal is to help my clients take ownership and accountability in their life and well being and help achieve this by focusing in the person as a whole not just by their issues.

I provide a more holistic approach to coaching with pastoral care such as lifestyle changes, adherence to plans, goal setting, stress management and habit training.

Provide a mentorship and guide clients through their challenges and hold them accountable in taking an active role in making the right changes.

Offer emotional support and motivation to help with commitment and make it easier for them to navigate through the blips.
