At the beginning of our partnership, I establish what it is my student would ideally like to accomplish. I then plan my lessons with my student/s goal in mind. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach.
I include vocabulary building, grammar training, listening, comprehension, pronunciation and most of all confidence building. I encourage two way conversation, we ask questions openly and freely. Professionalism is key. In order to learn and grow, we need to respect each other. I also bear in mind, that my students can teach me great lessons as well such as customs and traditions.
My students progress is my top priority.
