Evelyne Momo

I am a PhD researcher in Biology at Freie Universität Berlin, with a Master's degree in Biochemistry, specializing in Biotechnology and Development. I have several years of experience providing private home tutoring, alongside my experience as a university teaching assistant and researcher.

I offer Biology tutoring for secondary-school and university students, with additional support in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Biotechnology, depending on the student's level and needs.

My teaching approach is patient, interactive, and personalized. I begin by understanding each student's goals, assessing their strengths, and identifying topics they find challenging. I then explain concepts step by step, using clear examples, diagrams, and real-life applications to make science easier to understand.

Lessons include guided exercises, discussions, revision activities, and opportunities to ask questions freely. I help secondary-school students with homework, classroom topics, examination preparation, and building a strong foundation in science. University students receive support with more advanced concepts, course revision, and scientific problem-solving.

Through years of home tutoring, I have learned how important encouragement, consistency, and adapting lessons to different learning styles can be. My university teaching experience has also strengthened my ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly.

I provide a supportive learning environment where students can build confidence, improve their understanding, and develop independent study skills. Lessons are available in English, online or in person in Berlin, depending on availability. My goal is to make learning science both effective and enjoyable, while encouraging curiosity and academic growth.
