Thanks to my great training (BaD in Teaching English, Centre for English Teacher Training, Eotvos Univ) and the 20+ years of experience I follow the communicative approach and teach grammar as well in this way (after some drills students soon use the target structure in meaningful context).
During the classes focus is on oral expression and I maximize student talking time. Though some listening and reading might take place during the lesson, these tasks are mostly carried out as homework, to gain as much time for speaking as possible during the lessons.
I am consistent on practicing and revising new vocabulary, students typically learn min 20 new words in a lesson (plus more form reading hw. etc outside the class).
Of course I adjust the lessons/course to the exact and individual needs of the student, therefore we focus on what is relevant for their aims (general communication, language exam, travelling, job interview etc).
I have signiificant experience teaching Business English as well, so in this case you may also apply.
