- I acted as a Training Coordinator at an ICT firm training NGOs, CBOs and other organizations and setting up curriculum for children and adults
- I taught ICT in a British Preparatory in Nairobi for 12 years
- Pastoring and mentoring, Life Coach for all teens, middle aged and Adults
- Have taught English in Tanzania voluntarily for different individuals especially Adults
- I design and Host websites in CMS, Wordpress, Joomla etc
- Fix computer hardware and software - had a contract with East Africa Support Unit for NGOs based in Arusha, Tanzania also did procurement and inhouse training

I intend to make people progress in their area of expertise, languages, IT, ICT by using hands on experience and acknowledging their strengths and weaknesses to enable them enjoy their lessons as they learn. To practically show what they have learned and improvise on skills through worksheets and assignments appropriate to the students area of expertise. Adding a grip on maintaining their self esteem and confidence as this hinders a students approach to a particular subject. Identifying the areas of need before I start with a student is very key as it will also direct me to work on their areas of weaknesses and assist them grow and see their progress. Giving projects that are directed in the area of the students interest will help them engage in the subject more suitably leading to an outstanding student who will be fully committed to making a career out of their learning.
