Kenyan English Speaker with PHD in Theology and Degree in Information Technology

I am 55yrs old but try to be creative and like to allow students to express themselves and be more creative as they learn. Each student is built different with different talents and attributes. 30 to 45 minutes Lessons tackling errors and areas of growth. Allow student to express themselves practically as this builds their confidence and engage them on practical work. Structure the lessons to suit the learner to apply his/her learning skills to the tasks and apply their knowledge. Give a short break to the students so that they can find breathing time to digest what they have learned. Give them applicable tasks to do as you supervise them.
