Louise Junke

I am a native British English speaker and have been teaching English to adults since 1991, with many years of experience in both General and Business English.

I offer online English lessons for adults who want to improve their ability to communicate confidently in English. My lessons are friendly, relaxed and practical, with a strong focus on speaking and real-life communication.

One of my main aims is to help you feel more confident when speaking English. Conversation therefore plays an important part in my lessons, while pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar are introduced naturally according to your individual needs. We can also work on reading and writing where required.

I enjoy using real-life topics and including aspects of British culture and everyday life, giving you the opportunity to develop your English in context rather than simply working through exercises.

If you use English professionally, I can also offer Business English tailored to your particular needs and working environment.

All lessons take place online and are adapted to your interests, goals and individual learning needs. I also speak near-fluent German, so I can provide support in German when necessary.

Above all, I want you to feel comfortable speaking English. Making mistakes is a natural part of learning a language, and my aim is to give you the confidence to communicate without worrying about getting every word or sentence perfect.
