My teaching philosophy is rooted in a student-centered, communicative approach that empowers learners to build immediate, practical confidence in their personal and professional lives.

Guided by my CELTA training, I believe language is best acquired through active production, authentic context, and clear task-based execution rather than passive study. In an online learning environment, my role is to act as a facilitator—maximizing Student Talk Time (STT), fostering an encouraging and psychological safe space for error-making, and adapting tools to meet diverse learning styles.

Ultimately, I view teaching not just as instructing grammar or vocabulary, but as building communicative autonomy: equipping adult learners with the functional skills, strategic clarity, and confidence they need to succeed in real-world professional contexts.
