I create a calm and welcoming space where students can move at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, body awareness, and inner balance. Depending on the intention of the class, sessions can include breathwork, nervous system regulation techniques, meditation, yin yoga, dynamic movement, sound healing, and relaxation practices.
I focus on creating a holistic experience that supports both physical and mental wellbeing, combining traditional yoga with modern wellness knowledge such as lymphatic stimulation, aromatherapy, and hot/cold therapy practices. My teaching style is supportive, non-judgmental, and beginner-friendly, while still offering depth for more experienced students. Lessons are available in Vienna or online for private individuals and small groups.
