Because every student is different, my teaching style and methods vary from person to person, and we can discuss which approach suits you best. I like to focus on examples and exercises, since concepts are learned more deeply through practice than through memorization. I also present ideas from multiple perspectives to help students build a well-rounded understanding of each phenomenon.

Typically, we would first go through the basic theory and some simple examples of the topic. I aim to give concrete examples that make the principles clear and relatable. Then, we would move on to more challenging problems together, discussing how the knowledge from theory and easier exercises can be applied to solve more complex tasks. After that, it’s important for the student to work through a lot of exercises on their own to test their understanding.

I will always provide help when you feel stuck, but not by giving the answers right away. Instead, I encourage you to explain what you already know and guide you to apply that knowledge to the problem. I believe the teacher’s most important task is to help students realize that they are capable of understanding and solving problems themselves, while supporting their learning process every step of the way.
