My lessons are structured to be engaging, student-centered, and inquiry-based. I typically begin with a learning objective and a real-world context or thought-provoking question to activate prior knowledge and spark curiosity. I then introduce key concepts through a combination of direct instruction, discussion, and interactive activities.
Students are given regular opportunities to apply their understanding through practical investigations, data analysis, collaborative tasks, and problem-solving activities. I use formative assessments throughout the lesson, such as questioning, exit tickets, and short quizzes, to monitor understanding and adjust instruction when needed.
Each lesson concludes with a review of the learning objectives and a reflection or exam-style question to consolidate learning and prepare students for assessments. My goal is to create an inclusive classroom where students actively participate, think critically, and develop both subject knowledge and independent learning skills.
