I design and deliver structured lesson plans from scratch, build schemes of work sequencing grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills coherently. I apply formative and summative assessment consistently to monitor and record the progress of my students, and use assessment outcomes to adapt teaching to individual needs. In my previous jobs I have applied differentiated instruction strategies across diverse, multilingual classes including students with varying levels of English proficiency, limited prior formal education, and different learning styles, and ensured that all learners make measurable progress. I have a bachleors in English language and literature with a 3.73/ 4.0 CGPA, I was also awarded the fully funded Global UGRAD scholarship, which allowed me to study in America for a semester exchange, so I have experience of American curriculum as well.
